Candidate of Sciences (equivalent to PhD), specialization in Optics, Laser Physics, thesis "Spectroscopy of the forbidden transitions in semiconductors", supervisor - Prof. Ivan S. Gorban. Diploma КN No. 000631 (30.11.1992). 2005: Faculty of Physics, Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. Doctor of Sciences, specialization in Optics, Laser Physics, thesis "Spectroscopy of elementary excitations in bulk crystals and nanoparticles of direct bandgap semiconductors".
